Housing Services

At ERC we provide housing services for our clients through ERC residential owned facilities, community apartments, and family housing.

Our Direct Support Professionals assist the residents to lead a self-directed life and contribute to their community. They assist with activities of daily living if needed and encourage attitudes and behaviors that enhance community inclusion.

DSPs also act as advocates for each resident, in communicating their needs, self-expression and goals. With the assistance of DSPs, residents can take part in activities at their churches, volunteer for community organizations and attend various community events.
